If so read on.<BR><BR>We are an energy company looking to hire an experienced Reservoir Engineer <BR> to be responsible for maximizing production from company operated wells by proposing, evaluating, and completing workovers, recompletions, and P&A's. Responsible for assisting with reservoir engineering evaluations as necessary. <BR><BR>What you will need to qualify for this position:<BR><BR>- Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering <BR>- 5+ years experience in upstream operations; drilling, completion, and production. <BR> -Mid-continent <BR>- Knowledge of engineering principles for oil and gas production. <BR>- Experience in well completions, recompletions, and workovers, including perforating and stimulation design and execution, compression, siphon strings, and gas lift. <BR>- Field experience supervising and/or overseeing workover/recompletion operations. <BR>- Interpret well logs. <BR>- Interpret geologic analysis. <BR>- Knowledge of oil and gas reserve estimation and economic evaluation. <BR>- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including, Excel and Word. <BR>- Experience using a petroleum economic evaluation program, such as Aries or PhdWin.<BR><BR>What you will be doing:<BR><BR>- Monitor production from company operated wells. <BR>- Propose recompletions and/or workovers (compression, siphon strings, gas lift, re-perf, re-frac, etc) to maintain, increase, or optimize production. <BR>- Responsible for cost estimates, writing procedures, preparing AFE's, running economics, and write-ups for management approval. <BR>- Assist the reservoir engineer in the evaluation of acquisition packages, prospect evaluation (RAPs), and preparation of the annual reserve report and operations budget. <BR>- Monitor production on Non-Op wells. <BR>- Evaluate workover and recompletion proposals for Non-Op wells. <BR>- Track workover and recompletion results for quarterly operations review. <BR>- Work with Operations Production Manager (OPM) to complete new wells, including perforation and treatment design. <BR>- Prepare and update wellbore schematics. <BR>- Manage Departments AFE Procedures and work with the OPM and outside consultants to prepare drilling AFE's. <BR>- Coordinate various OCC, TRC, and Federal regulatory requirements (most of the filings handled by engineering technicians). <BR>- Evaluate P&A proposals, write procedures, and coordinate P&A of company operated wells. <BR><BR>What is in it for you:<BR><BR>- Competitive salary <BR>- Comprehensive Benefits<BR>- Retirement plan<BR><BR>So if you have 5+ years experience as a Reservoir Engineer with experience with years experience in upstream operations; drilling, completion, and production, please apply today! - BRR-reservior-wy - , , , , , CyberCoders CyberScientificdf-lj More...
